Discover your power with ADVENTageous. Join our 24-day challenge starting on Dec 1st, 2024, and commit to daily wellbeing practices. Choose from a variety of tools like yoga, breathwork, diet, cold Plunge, improve on sleep hygiene, meditation, movement, and grounding. Thrive and benefit from these practices, and then give back to others. Let's make a positive impact together!
'Giving back to yourself and others is the mantra. Participants select from a range of century old wellbeing tools and commit to practicing at least one daily for a 24-day period, starting on December 1st, 2024. It takes 21 days to form a habit, so get a head start before the new year begins !
